Coquetdale Apartments, Rothbury, Northumberland
The Old Coquetdale Cottage Hospital has been comprehensively renovated and converted to provide 7 apartments and 1 attached house.
Dilston College Of Further Education, Corbridge, Northumberland
This project, for MENCAP, was completed in two phases. Phase One involved the provision of new refectory and kitchen facilities together with office refurbishments, provision of disabled W.C. facilities and an external conservatory.
Dilston College Of Further Education - Phase Two
Phase Two was a fast track contract, valued at almost £600k and completed over a six week period during the college summer break. This project involved extensive external works to provide new roads, pathways, car parking areas and lighting schemes. In addition, refurbishment of campus accommodation and the provision of an external glazed lift shaft and lift was completed.
Springboard Training Centre, Pennywell, Sunderland
The original community college at Pennywell was extended to increase student capacity. The construction materials were varied, combining steel frame construction with cladded roof and walls together with traditional cavity construction with tiled roof coverings.
Chestnut House, Ponteland, Newcastle Upon Tyne
The rear of the existing house was demolished. A new rear extension, blending in with the character of the original construction, almost doubled the floor area of the original house. The entire house was refurbished & altered internally.
Chesterholme House, Hexham, Northumberland
Chesterholme House is an existing facility catering for the long term rehabilitation needs of patients suffering and recovering from head injuries. An annexe was constructed to provide five extra bedrooms with en-suite facilities, together with training kitchens, therapy rooms, relaxation areas, classrooms and a drug dispensary area.
Ivy House Farm, Kenton Bank Foot, Newcastle Upon Tyne
The original Farmhouse, over 100 years old, was demolished and a new house, utilising traditional building materials, was constructed to re-house the occupants of the original farmhouse.
The Old Dispensary, Nelson Street,Gateshead, Tyne & Wear
This project involved the complete refurbishment of a Grade II listed building to provide headquarters for a National Business Travel Company. Our Head Office was also based here prior to our move to larger, purpose built / renovated premises in Morpeth.
T & G Allan (Stationers), Newgate Street, Morpeth, Northumberland
All works were completed with no interruption to retail operations, creating a considerable increase to the sales area at first floor level.
Woodlands Road, Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Considerable & extensive works were completed at Woodlands Road to provide the following accommodation :-
New double garage with bedroom & W.C. over; Rear garden room with fully glazed and sliding timber curtain wall system; Conservatory; Bay window construction to enlarge the ground floor dining room & first floor bedroom.

In addition, extensive internal refurbishment works were completed. The client remained in occupation throughout the works.
Cramlington, Northumberland
A somewhat "dated" 1970s estate house was given a complete facelift to produce a more modern look.
Shepherds Dene Retreat, Riding Mill
The original house was built contemporaneously with Cragside by an employee of Lord Armstrong. Shepherds Dene is now used as a retreat. An extension to provide a larger chapel was built onto the front of the house. We have achieved perfect sympathy with the appearance of the original house utilising local stone for both walls & roof coverings.
